MitigationPros acts as your back office, partner, and in-house short sale experts. We work with you as part of your team. Together we get you and your sellers through the short sale process from start to finish. We'll work with with the homeowner no matter how far behind they are on their mortgage payment and with any lender regardless of the size of deficiency. Our team, with over 1,800 successful short sales under their belts, does all the paper pushing, the phone calling, and the negotiating for you - leaving you to do what you do best: Listing, showing, and selling real estate


Together with our team of experienced staff and legal advisors, we help educate your sellers and facilitate the short sale transaction. We work directly with the seller, guiding them through each step of the process. We make sure they are in compliance with their individual lender requirements. We'll submit any offers received along with all necessary documentation to the lender and continually push the lenders to get through the process and to get to an approval. Updates will be given to the Listing Agent at least once a week giving an update of any progress. We will also update the Listing Agent any time that the bank passes on pertinent information regarding the transaction. This will allow the Listing Agent to keep track of the progress of their short sale and allow them to update the Buyer's Agent. As necessary our team of experienced negotiators will work as the intermediaries between the Homeowner, the realtors, the lenders, and any other lien holders and will negotiate the prices, the deficiency balances, and any other items required to make the short sale successful.
